2. What data we collect and why
When you send a booking inquiry, we process the data you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, the selected dates, the number of guests and your notes.
- Replying to your inquiry and taking steps before a rental agreement is concluded (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Performing the agreement and meeting accounting or tax obligations if a booking is made (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. How long we keep your data
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle it. If a booking is made, we keep the data for the period required by law (including tax rules) and then until any claims expire.
4. Who receives your data
Data may be passed to providers that run the website and handle inquiries (hosting, email, database), only to the extent needed to provide those services. Current list: Cloudflare (hosting, baza danych, ochrona przed spamem), Resend (wysyłka e-maili).
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
6. Providing your data
Providing the data in the form is voluntary, but necessary for us to reply to your inquiry. We do not make automated decisions and do not profile users.
7. Cookies and external services
This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics and does not load external fonts. When you send an inquiry, the form loads the Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection from Cloudflare's servers. The "Show on map" link leads to OpenStreetMap: data is sent to it only after you click.
